About Your Future Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Business Developer to identify, develop, and close business opportunities with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the service industry, with proven success in both local and international markets. You must understand the full cycle of business development from prospecting to closing sales, be comfortable with KPIs, and possess a well-organized and systematic approach to your work.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media and professional platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Understand their needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that address client needs and highlight our value proposition.
  • KPI Management: Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs. Regularly report on sales performance and market insights.

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with an appreciable tech knowledge. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B (tech) sales / business development within the service industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing business in both local and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
  • Highly organized and systematic in approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic Start Up.
